This wedding was special in so many ways. Ashley’s brother was the officiant who read a wonderful letter to ashley from her father who was watching from heaven. This was such a powerful and emotional moment. Everyone was in tears. But it was absolutly perfect for this family.
A Kiss for luck and these two were off to a reception at the Gig Harbor yacht club in downtown Gig Harbor. Dinner was prepared for the guests by Ashley’s Uncle who is a professional chef. Dinner was off the charts good. Ashley and Nic cut the cake and accidentally got some on each other. Complete accident. Not !!!!
Reception activities included the couples first dance, Father/Daughter dance, Mom/Son dance, and a special dance with the brides brother. Reception dances were followed by a garter and bouquet toss and a money dance. As sunset approached we walked down to the bay at Gig Harbor to capture a kiss under a rising moon. This wedding was as perfect as perfect can get and was a true Honor to be part of these families special day. We cant wait to get back to Chapel on Echo Bay. Its is a great venue.
