Unique Moments Photography traveled to Woodinville to capture an awesome wedding at the JM Cellars winery. Gotta say, its always a treat to go to one of Washingtons winery’s for a wedding. But, there is just somethings special about JM Cellars Winery. Its always at the top of my list. Images captured at this venue have a distinct old winery feel to them, the pictures always look fantastic and the staff at the venue and accommodations are outstanding.
So, when our couple contacted us about this winery, we practically begged them to retain is. Haha, its our 3rd time back and every time we go its a complete treat for everyone involved.
This was our 6 hour package and our couple is getting an album. The package is perfect for smaller more intimate events like this wedding .The wedding started out with a downpour. Mother nature decided to rain and it was going to be a crap shoot if it would let up later in the day. As a result, we had to take all the family pictures inside the Loft above the venue. This wedding was with close friends, guests and immediate family only. So, it really worked out well for formal pictures despite the rain.
As luck would have it, just as the ceremony started, the rain decided to let up which worked out perfect. The ceremony went off without any issues and the lighting was soft outside so we were able to use a single flash inside to match the ambient light outside. As a result, we were able to use the backlighting to our advantage and capture some really beautiful wedding ceremony photos.
After the ceremony, we were able to get our couple outside and capture some lovely images in the fresh clean landscaping and late evening light. Bridal pictures of the couple worked out perfectly. We also captured a lot of detail shots because this venue is spectacular when decorated properly.
We were truly honored to be a part of this wedding. Our couple has wonderful supportive families, we made some new friends, the food as always is out of this world at JM Cellars, and the ambience and beauty of this venue made for a perfect wedding. Everyone had a great time, our couple was beyond too cute and it was obvious to everyone that this was a match that was meant to be. This wedding was perfect despite the rain earlier in the day. And we had perfect lighting for bride and groom photos after the ceremony.
If you are looking for a venue that is smaller, very intimate and just a joy to come to, look no further than Jm Cellars winery in Woodinville. Its one of Washington’s very best for wedding venues.This wedding was a home run and we had an absolute blast with these families and our wonderful couple.
